Honey Bee Nucs – In Season Queen (Spring Nuc)

These honey bee colonies are from one of our hives in Romulus, MI. Spread out around the city in five different apiaries, our bees are raised in a sustainable manner with minimal toxic inputs or supplements. You will receive 1, 5 frame medium nucleus colony in a plastic pro-nuc box (seen in picture). These colonies are from mite-resistant stocks that have been tested and bred from colonies that survive Michigan winters and show low mite growth without treatment. These are in season nucs made with a in season mated queen. These are typically available in June and not overwintered queens. Local Pickup Only
